Choose one source from an active member-owned connection. Asana lists projects before you grant one. For Notion, paste one exact page or database ID. For Google Calendar, choose one exact calendar; only title and start/end times from tagged work events are kept. For Gmail, choose the exact custom “Company Brain Work” label on one member account. Proto reads only messages with that label and keeps only explicitly labeled work facts in encrypted Company Brain memory; it does not retain message bodies, subjects, addresses, or snippets. Apply that label only to company work. No source grant selects every account or source.
